Terms and conditions
Last updated 30 October 2026
The rules for using Socionara, in plain language. Please read them, as they explain what you can expect from us and what we expect from you.
1. Agreeing to these terms
These terms are an agreement between you and Socionara about using Socionara. By creating an account or using Socionara, you agree to them and to our privacy policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.
2. Who can use Socionara
- You must be at least 16 years old.
- You must give us accurate information, including a real email address.
- If you use Socionara for a business, you confirm you’re allowed to accept these terms on its behalf.
3. Your account
You’re responsible for what happens under your account. Keep your password private, and we recommend turning on two-step sign-in. If you think someone else has got into your account, change your password and tell us straight away at socionaraofficial@gmail.com.
4. Connecting social accounts
When you connect a social account, you allow Socionara to publish the posts you schedule to that account on your behalf. You confirm you own or are allowed to manage every account, page or channel you connect.
Each platform has its own rules, and you agree to follow them, for example the YouTube Terms of Service, TikTok Terms of Service and Instagram Terms of Use. Platforms can change or limit what they allow at any time, which may affect what Socionara can do. For example, Instagram only allows posting to business or creator accounts. You can disconnect an account at any time.
5. Your content
You own what you post. You give us permission to store, process and send your posts, photos and videos only as needed to run Socionara for you, such as delivering a post to the platforms you picked. This permission ends when you delete the content or your account.
You’re responsible for your content, and you confirm you have the rights to everything you upload and publish.
6. Things you must not do
- Post anything illegal, hateful, harassing, or that infringes someone else’s rights.
- Send spam, run fake accounts, or manipulate engagement.
- Break the rules of any platform you post to.
- Try to get into other people’s accounts or data, or test, overload or get around our security and limits.
- Copy, resell or reverse-engineer Socionara, or use it to build a competing service.
7. Using your own developer keys
If you connect through your own developer app, Discord webhook or bot, you’re responsible for that app, its settings and keeping its agreement with the platform in good standing. We store your keys encrypted and use them only to publish your posts.
8. Scheduling and publishing
We work hard to publish every post once and on time, and we’ll tell you if one can’t go out. But we rely on the platforms, which can be down, reject a post or end access. We can’t promise that every post will be published at the exact time, and we’re not responsible for what a platform does with your post once it receives it.
9. Changes to the service
We’re always improving Socionara, so features may be added, changed or removed. If we make a change that significantly affects you, we’ll let you know in advance where we reasonably can.
10. Fees
Socionara is currently free. If we introduce paid plans, we’ll tell you clearly before anything is charged, and you’ll never be charged without agreeing first.
11. Ending your use
You can stop using Socionara at any time and ask us to delete your account by emailing socionaraofficial@gmail.com.
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, puts others at risk, or where the law requires it. Where it’s fair to do so, we’ll warn you first and explain why.
12. Disclaimers
Socionara is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we don’t give any promises beyond those in these terms, including that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
13. Limits on our liability
To the extent the law allows, Socionara is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, lost followers or missed opportunities, or for posts that a platform delays, rejects or removes. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or USD 100. Nothing here limits liability that can’t be limited by law.
14. Your responsibility to us
If someone makes a claim against us because of content you published or because you broke these terms, you agree to cover the reasonable costs that result, to the extent the law allows.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We’ll change the date at the top, and for important changes we’ll email you before they take effect. If you keep using Socionara after that, you accept the new terms.
16. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the country where the operator of Socionara is based. This doesn’t take away any rights you have under the consumer laws of the country where you live.
